Use this arcade shop priority guide to save golden and cosmic balls while maximising important account wide bonuses. Providing consumable rewards, Gems and golden balls for permanent bonuses this Pachinko inspired Idleon mini game is played from the clown NPC in World 2.
The Gold Ball Shop provides a rotating selection of over 50 account bonuses that can make it difficult to determine what to max. This guide includes all arcade shop bonuses, a tier list priority order, general arcade tips and the best ways to increase arcade ball generation speed.

Arcade Shop Priority (Tier List)
Use this priority list order for golden and cosmic balls considering your own account progress as some arcade bonuses may be unnecessary for you by the time they appear or have no impact if you don’t have the game mechanic unlocked yet. Given the large growing pool of arcade bonuses I recommend most players only purchase S and A tier options initially. Most bonuses are maxed at 33,155 golden balls although later world boosts can be up to 216,306 golden balls.

Arcade Tips
- Collect Arcade Balls Regularly: Balls need to be collected every 2 days from town or the quick ref menu as there is a max amount of arcade balls storage. The maximum number of balls, timeframe to reach this amount and time per arcade ball is shown in the info button of the arcade.
- Speed Up Ball Drop: The speed slider in the bottom right of the arcade can be moved up to increase the speed that your arcade balls drop to save time.
- Killroy Arcade Balls: Killroy can be a major source of arcade balls particularly after you unlock the three weekly tries from The Rift (World 4).
- Save Your Gems: Do not spend gems on arcade balls directly given the randomisation of rewards spend your gems on more impactful gem purchases instead.
- Keep Rotation Bonuses: All arcade shop rotation bonuses are active even though you can’t see them in the shop UI window.
- Stockpile Arcade Balls For Events: Game events regularly have golden ball reward multipliers so I recommend stockpiling arcade balls for these events.
- Ballpit of Fire and Fury (Right Side): Choosing Right Tilt has been confirmed by LavaFlame2 (developer of Idleon) as having a slight statistical edge in rewards so always choose this option when rolling a 6 on the dice.
- Don’t Wait For Golden Ball Stamp: While there is a golden ball stamp that can cut the golden balls required for an upgrade by 40% it is an extremely rare arcade mini-game drop. Don’t wait to spend balls until you unlock this as you will be missing significant boosts for a long time.
- Cosmic Ball Sources: These powerful blue coloured arcade balls double the maximum of any bonus after you have finished golden arcade ball upgrades and are available from in game events only.
- Arcade Ball Time Sources: There are many arcade ball time sources (shown below) to prirotise as soon as possible. Collectively they can reduce the time to earn arcade balls from over an hour to the cap of 30 minutes which doubles your potential arcade rewards.
