Royal Quest is a fresh MMO with an impressive game world, isometric view and countless other features. Players will get to explore the huge range of locations and dungeons while slaying hundreds of monsters and completing thousands of quests.

With a game offering that feels very much like a mix between Diablo and Ragnarok, Royal Quest has captivated an impressive sized audience only a few months into release. From joining a guild to battling others in PvP, summoning a pet, playing the economy or simply exploring the impressive environments in Aura players will find room to craft their own story.

On top of a beautifully designed game world players will find a combat system at work that encourages you to think more about your weapon or elemental choice by giving most monsters in the game a weakness available for exploitation.

Players will also find it easy to adopt their strategy to take advantage of these weaknesses thanks to the robust card system that lets you socket all sorts of bonuses into your gear. The skill and talent system also has enough flexibility that you can create a unique character within your class archetype so you’ll have some differentiating factors from the mage next door.

PvP fans are particularly well looked after in Royal Quest with forced PvP areas, guild wars, castle sieges and even PvPvE all available. It’s definitely a PvP fans delight and thanks to the lack of pay to win elements you won’t end up frustrated by paying players tipping the balance in their favour.

Breaking into the gridlocked MMO market is always difficult but with what Royal Quest has to offer it’s definitely up to that challenge. It’s well-presented and well-designed ensuring a game that can easily get you hooked but constantly offers new depth around each corner.

Summary:

  • A fresh take on the MMO genre.
  • Plenty of PvP content to enjoy including PvPvE.
  • Customise your gear with item sockets.
  • Diablo meets Ragnarok style gameplay.
  • No pay to win in sight.
